IBERIABANK Corporation Increases Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of IBERIABANK Corporation , announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share, up 13% compared to the same quarter last year, and up 6% compared to the first quarter of 2007. The dividend is payable on July 20, 2007 to shareholders of record as of June 29, 2007. This dividend level equates to an annualized dividend rate of $1.36 per share. Based on the closing stock price on June 27, 2007 of $49.87 per share, the indicated dividend yield is 2.73%.

Daryl G. Byrd, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBERIABANK Corporation commented, "We are pleased to provide our shareholders this increase in our quarterly cash dividend. Over the last five years, our quarterly cash dividend has increased at a compounded annual rate of nearly 19%."
