IBERIABANK Expands Residential Construction Lending Team

IBERIABANK (http://www.iberiabank.com/ ), the 119-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation , is pleased to announce the expansion of the Residential Construction Lending Department, led by Teresa O. Breaux, Senior Vice President, Residential Construction Lending Manager, who joined IBERIABANK with over 17 years of banking experience. Her experience in the industry includes credit analysis, loan review, small business and private banking services. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Banking with Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank). In her most recent position at Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank), Breaux and her residential construction lending team grew their portfolio from $23 million to $260 million over a nine year period.

Breaux previously served as President of the Board of Directors of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the American Heart Association and is a recipient of the AHA Torch Award in Recognition of Outstanding Leadership. She has been active in various community and professional activities including current memberships to Louisiana State Society of CPAs; Kiwanis Club of Denham Springs; Manchester Who's Who Lifetime member; National Association of Residential Construction Lending (NARCL); United Way Team Leader; St. George Catholic Church Catholic Daughters, Elizabeth Ministry and Baking Committee; and Girl Scouts Audubon Council.

A graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Breaux holds a B.S. in Business Administration where she majored in accounting. She received certification from the State Board of CPAs of Louisiana in May 2002. Breaux resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Paul, and two children. She will be based out of the Baton Rouge Silverside Drive mortgage location for IBERIABANK.

Breaux's initial team includes three Residential Construction Lenders; Justin Tregre serving the Baton Rouge/Gonzales/Denham Springs markets; Cherie Arledge serving the Mandeville/Slidell/Covington markets; and Frank Aseron serving the Greater New Orleans/LaPlace/Houma markets. The team will service consumer residential real estate secured products, including lot loans, interim construction products, as well as second mortgage term loans and lines of credit.

"We look forward to expanding IBERIABANK's mortgage presence in the southeastern region of Louisiana, as well as to other regions as the opportunity arises."

Justin Tregre joins IBERIABANK with 10 years of real estate industry experience. Tregre is a graduate of Louisiana State University and holds a B.S. in Finance. Tregre has over eight years of banking experience, the last six of which were spent in Mortgage Banking. Prior to banking, Tregre worked with several area contractors and title companies. He is a member of the Capital Region Builders Association and has been active in various youth and community activities. Tregre resides in Gonzales and will be based out of the Prairieville Mortgage location of IBERIABANK.

Cherie Arledge joins IBERIABANK with 27 years of banking/financial industry experience, specializing in residential construction lending. Arledge, born in New Orleans, has most recently worked in Baton Rouge, St. Tammany, and Washington parishes as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Arledge has nine years of experience in Mortgage Banking, previously with Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank) and will continue to be occupied in Mandeville, serving as a Residential Construction Lender for IBERIABANK. As a lifetime resident of Louisiana, Arledge is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association as well as serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children.

Frank Aseron, with over 25 years in construction industry experience, joins IBERIABANK as the Residential Construction Lender for the Greater New Orleans/LaPlace/Houma market. Aseron, bilingual in English and Spanish, is a native of Panama and has been a resident of New Orleans for 40 years. Aseron currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-City Community Development Corporation, with the focus on affordable housing. Pre-Katrina the CDC built 16 rental units using tax credits from the State of Louisiana and CDBG funds from the City of New Orleans. Additionally, Aseron serves on the Board of Directors of the Priestly School of Architecture and Construction, a new charter school which will be opening this fall. Aseron joins IBERIABANK from Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank) after 10 years of service.

Aseron is joined by Stacey Chung, the Construction Coordinator for the market. Chung has been in the mortgage business for nine years and joins IBERIABANK after six years with Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank) in the construction lending area. Chung is a native of New Orleans.
