IBERIABANK Corporation Announces Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of IBERIABANK Corporation , announces the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, up 15% from the same quarter last year. The dividend is payable on or about July 21, 2005 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2005. This dividend level equates to an annualized dividend rate of $1.20 per share. Based on the closing stock price on June 20, 2005 of $59.90 per share, the indicated dividend yield is 2.00%. The dividend payout ratio, defined as quarterly dividends divided by net income, has been in the range of 23% to 28% in each of the last twelve quarters since July 1, 2002, despite the significant increase in the quarterly dividend rate during that period.
